This notice covers learn.huf.institute, the HUF learning website. HUF Institute is a trading name of IKIGAISYSTEM LIMITED (company number 12546407), Woodside Lodge, Glasshouse Lane, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, United Kingdom, CV8 2AL. For cookie or privacy questions, email support@huf.institute.

1. What cookies do

Cookies are small records saved by your browser. Similar storage technologies can also remember information on your device. This website uses them to maintain sign-in and security, remember privacy choices and support requested features such as checkout and course media. A session cookie normally ends when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain for their stated period unless you delete them sooner.

2. Your choices

Use Cookie preferences to review or change your choices. Select Reject all to decline non-essential categories. Necessary cookies remain enabled for core functions. Functional, Analytics and Marketing are optional categories in the preference panel; their availability does not mean that every type of tracking service is installed.

Optional choices are not selected by default. Continuing to browse is not consent to optional cookies or marketing emails. Your cookie choices are separate from your email preferences and do not withdraw purchased course access. Deleting cookies or using another browser/device can require you to choose again.

3. Platform and payment cookies

LearnWorlds hosts the learning platform and Stripe provides the payment interface. The following platform-documented cookies support these functions. Cookies depend on the features you use; payment cookies are associated with checkout. Provider updates and browser controls can affect their duration.

4. Optional services and external providers

Functional technology can remember optional feature preferences; analytics measures use of a site; marketing technology can support advertising attribution or personalisation. We obtain the applicable choice before non-essential storage is used. The school’s Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Fullstory, Mouseflow and Full Session integrations are currently disabled.

Course media and external sign-in or payment services can process device and connection information when you use them. If you choose a social sign-in option or an optional Stripe Link service, that provider’s own notice and controls also apply. See our privacy notice for the providers involved in delivering the school and handling personal information.

5. Browser controls and further help

You can also use your browser’s privacy settings to inspect, restrict or remove stored cookies and site data. Blocking necessary cookies can interrupt sign-in, checkout or learning. Clearing cookies does not delete your learner account. For help, contact support@huf.institute without sending passwords or payment-card details.

6. Updates and related notices

We update this notice when the website’s cookie use changes and seek a new choice where required. The update date appears above.
